Acetaie Aperte

The 2025 edition of Acetaie Aperte had its highlight on Sunday, September 28, when vinegar producers associated with the Consortia opened to the public throughout the province of Modena. The open day was accompanied by a rich calendar of collateral events spread over several days, from September 26 to October 4.

Among the events were the official inauguration at the Chiostro della Biblioteca Delfini, cultural activities and tastings, choral concerts, and a concluding gala dinner. In the vinegar houses, visitors could attend guided tours, tastings of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena in its various ages, sensory games, and demonstrations of must cooking, on a day that confirmed the strong link between the Modena territory, in Emilia-Romagna, and its most famous product.
