A walk through the treasures of Val d'Alpone

4 Passi per Montecchia is an event that invites you to discover the territory of Montecchia di Crosara, in the province of Verona, through a walk of about 11 kilometers amidst monumental beauties, business stories, and local flavors. The goal is to promote personal well-being and knowledge of the artisan and historical realities that make the Veronese province vibrant.

The stops on the route

Along the itinerary, you will encounter several stops dedicated to local crafts and heritage: from Negretto Camini, which shows how recycled materials can be transformed into design pieces, to Azienda Agricola Poia with tastings of zero-kilometer products, cured meats, and bread biscuits; from the Chiesa di San Salvatore with its crypt and frescoes, the historical heart of the route, to Apicoltura Burato and Frantoio Fornaro, which illustrate the techniques of artisan beekeeping and traditional oil pressing, respectively.

The organizers

The event is organized by the Provincial Committee ANCoS APS Verona together with ANAP Verona and Confartigianato Imprese Verona, under the patronage of the Municipality of Montecchia di Crosara and with the collaboration of the Pro Loco "I Love Siarese", the local Gruppo Alpini, and the Alpone Pastoral Unit.
