Zattaglia Wild Boar Festival

The 2025 edition of the Zattaglia Wild Boar Festival, the 37th, was held from May 9 to 12 in the Via Dionisio di Naldo area in Brisighella. The gastronomic stand opened on Friday, May 9 from 6:30 PM for dinner, then offering lunch and dinner from Saturday to Monday.

On the table were the festival's classic dishes — tortelli and pappardelle with wild boar ragù, wild boar with polenta, pork shanks, and the 'woodland plate' with roe deer, cheese, beans, and local meats — with the novelty of polenta with cheese and mushrooms, and on the concluding Monday, tagliatelle with guanciale. On the music front, there were 80s revivals with Luigi Del Bianco, concerts by Truck 66, Seven Up, and Carry On, piano bar evenings, and DJ sets, as well as the car enthusiasts' gathering on Saturday.
