Z Festival: Giving a voice to young people

Z Festival is a project conceived by Generation Z for Generation Z, spread across seven municipalities in the Brianza region with a clear idea: to give young people a voice through a calendar that intertwines entertainment, culture, and sport. Among the stops on this journey, the Municipality of Meda, in the Province of Monza and Brianza, hosts the event dedicated to sport: Giovani in Gioco.

A beach volleyball tournament

Giovani in Gioco takes the form of an amateur beach volleyball tournament held in the Giardino dello Stadio Città di Meda. The event brings together teams of young people and adults in a wide age range, from 16 to 45 years old, for an afternoon of sport and outdoor fun. It's not just about competition: the goal is above all sharing and team spirit.

An event for the community

The event is promoted by the Youth Council of Meda with municipal patronage, and is part of a broader path of youth engagement and protagonism. In an urban context like Meda's, Giovani in Gioco represents an opportunity to come together, play sports, and experience public space in an active and participatory way, in the spirit that animates the entire Z Festival in the Brianza area.
