Wild Feast. Beyond the Deer

In 2025, the Wild Feast. Beyond the Deer returned to Corniolo, a hamlet of Santa Sofia (FC), on the weekend of June 7 and 8. This edition also celebrated the game cuisine of the Forlì Apennines: deer, wild boar, fallow deer, and pheasant were the stars of menus rich in tradition, featuring tagliatelle with ragù, polenta, stews, and tortelli. The gastronomic offerings could be enjoyed both in local restaurants and in the Pro Loco festival area, with Saturday dinner and Sunday lunch. The event, organized by the restaurateurs of Campigna and Corniolo together with the Pro Loco Corniolo Campigna, was sponsored by the Municipality of Santa Sofia, the Casentinesi Forests National Park Authority, and numerous local entities.
