Wild Boar Festival

The second edition of the Wild Boar Festival in Fabrica di Roma (province of Viterbo) was held from July 25 to 27, 2025, at the Quartaccio site, in the area of the former riding track along Via A. Cencelli.

For three consecutive evenings, food stalls opened starting at 7:30 PM, offering a menu rich in wild boar meat dishes, accompanied by numerous typical Tuscia dishes designed for those who preferred alternatives to game. The open-air dinners, immersed in nature, were accompanied by live music in a festive and convivial atmosphere deeply felt by the local community. Reservations were recommended to secure a table.
