Wild Boar and Craft Beer Festival

The Wild Boar and Craft Beer Festival returned to Ponzano di Fermo (FM) in the summer of 2025, reaffirming its status as one of the most popular gastronomic events in the province of Fermo. The event, organized by the Pro Loco Tre Colli, was announced by specialized local press in late July 2025.

The food stalls offered the specialties that have made the festival famous: handmade tagliatelle with wild boar ragù, polenta topped with the same sauce, and wild boar stew (in salmì), flavored with local herbs and vegetables. To complete the offering, local wine and a selection of craft beers were available, with alternative menus for those who don't prefer game meat.

The evenings were enlivened by live music, creating a festive atmosphere that brought together residents and tourists in the historic center of the village, nestled in the Marche hills.
