White Festival

The White Festival 2025 was held on Sunday, October 12 in Calvene, celebrating the territory, its authentic flavors, and the rural culture of the Vicenza Pedemontana. In the "Gym of taste", tasting workshops led by ONAF speakers from the Vicenza delegation took place, with a program that compared cheeses and beers from the Pedemontana, cheeses and wines of the territory, and the mountain cheesemaking tradition. The day also offered moments dedicated to butter and ice cream, with the participation of ice cream makers from Zoldo.

• 4:00 PM — "Ice cream 2.0: sweet or savory?", tasting with Zoldo ice cream makers
• 5:00 PM — "Cheese in the pot: the sustainable tradition of the Vicenza mountains"

Along the streets of the center, stalls of local producers with cheeses and dairy products from the area.
