Edition 2025 — Week of the Brodetto
The XXVII edition of the Week of the Brodetto was held in Porto Recanati from June 7 to June 14, 2025. For a week, participating restaurants along the seafront and in the town center offered the Porto Recanati-style brodetto, the famous fish soup prepared without tomato and flavored with Conero saffron, at the promotional price of 22 euros, accompanied by local wines.
The initiative, promoted by the Municipal Administration together with the Pro Loco and the Brodetto and Typical Products Academy, confirmed the role of brodetto as the signature dish of the Conero Riviera and the Province of Macerata. To crown the calendar, the Brodetto Show in Piazza Brancondi featured show-cooking, tastings, and entertainment.
