Edition 2025 — Volpina Pear Festival

On Sunday, November 16, 2025, Brisighella hosted the Volpina Pear and Aged Cheese Festival, the second of the Four Festivals for Three Hills. From the morning, the historic center came alive with the market of autumn fruits and typical hill products, while in Via Fossa, the food stand offered, from 11 AM to 8 PM, themed menus with cooked Volpina pear (boiled in water, in wine, and baked) and aged fossa cheese.

The 2025 edition of the Volpina Pear and Aged Cheese Festival took place on Sunday, November 16, 2025, in Brisighella (RA), as the second event in the 'Four Festivals for Three Hills' cycle. The historic center hosted a colorful market of autumn fruits and typical products from the Lamone Valley, with the Volpina pear offered in various preparations and paired with aged cheese refined in gypsum caves.

The food stand in Via Fossa offered, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, a themed menu with sweet and savory combinations. The day was accompanied by folk music, games, and attractions for children, in a convivial atmosphere among the alleys of the village. The event was organized by the Pro Loco of Brisighella.
