Two artist perspectives at Collezione Paolo VI

The Collezione Paolo VI – Arte Contemporanea in Concesio, in the Province of Brescia, hosts a double solo exhibition dedicated to the relationship between body, nature, and image. The protagonists are two artists, Virginia Zanetti and Clara Luiselli, in an exhibition path created in collaboration with Traffic Gallery.

Virginia Zanetti, "I Pilastri della Terra"

Virginia Zanetti's solo show, curated by Giuliano Zanchi and Anna Bertulini Frigè, investigates the relationship between the human body and natural elements — earth, water, air — and offers a reflection on shared responsibility towards the planet. A work that intertwines the physical and symbolic dimensions, giving shape to a profound dialogue between humanity and nature.

Clara Luiselli, "Spiragli"

Clara Luiselli's exhibition features photographs taken with a smartphone without post-production, where the artist's hand intervenes between the lens and the subject. An investigation into the threshold, the glimpse through which reality filters, transforming an everyday tool into a means of artistic research. At the opening, Luiselli will lead a collective performance with free access.

Contemporary art in Valle Trompia

The two solo shows confirm the vibrancy of the cultural offerings of the Collezione Paolo VI, making Concesio a reference point for contemporary art in the province of Brescia. The exhibition has free admission, with free guided tours scheduled during the exhibition period.
