Edition 2025 — Vinhyria

The fourth edition of Vinhyria took place from July 18 to 20, 2025, in the historic center of Oria (BR). Three evenings dedicated to wine, with a tasting route featuring over twenty Italian labels, a complimentary glass for those participating in tastings, and street food from Oria restaurants such as Vecchia Oria, Lu Furnu, and Opificio 51, along with food trucks and cheesemakers. The soundtrack was provided by live bands from Bologna and Bari, traditional Salento sounds, and DJ sets that brought Via G. Renato Lombardi and the Chiostro dei Celestini in Parco Montalbano to life until late at night.

Vinhyria 2025, the fourth edition

From July 18 to 20, 2025, the historic center of Oria hosted the fourth edition of Vinhyria, the sensory exploration of wine, food, and music organized by the Officine Salentine Association with La Bottiglieria di Brindisi. The route wound from Via G. Renato Lombardi to the Chiostro dei Celestini in Parco Montalbano.

Wine was the protagonist, with an itinerary featuring over twenty Italian labels from south to north and a complimentary glass for participants. Accompanying the wine was street food from Oria's restaurants — including Vecchia Oria, Lu Furnu, and Opificio 51 — with traditional recipes in a street format, alongside food trucks and master cheesemakers. The three evenings were animated by live bands, traditional Salento sounds, and DJ sets until late at night.

Programme

Tasting route with over 20 Italian wines and a complimentary glass; street food from Oria restaurants (Vecchia Oria, Lu Furnu, Opificio 51, and others), food trucks, and cheeses from local producers; live musical groups from Bologna and Bari, Salento sounds, and DJ sets with local artists during the three evenings of July 18, 19, and 20.

Prices

Free entry to the route; tastings with kit and glass available for purchase at the winery stalls.
