Nine days and over thirty events in the city of Palladio
The Vicenza Running Festival is a widespread event that for nine days lights up the city of Palladio with over thirty events dedicated to the world of running and outdoor sports. A very rich calendar ranging from running to trail running, from walking to Nordic walking, from orienteering to urban trekking.
The strength of the festival is its inclusivity: the routes cross the historic streets of Vicenza and the paths of the Berici Hills, with offerings tailored for every level, from the most experienced runners to families with children. Competitive races and amateur walks coexist in a program designed to involve the entire community.
Among the main events are the Ultrabericus Trail, a historic race on the Berici Hills, and Vicenza in Rosa, the race reserved for women. Organized in Vicenza, in the province of Vicenza, the festival celebrates sport as a moment of aggregation and valorization of the territory, combining physical activity with the discovery of the historic center and the Vicenza hilly landscape.
The second edition of the Vicenza Running Festival (March 7-15, 2026) is dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the historic Guido Perraro Stadium and offers a calendar of over thirty events: running, trail running, walking, Nordic walking, orienteering, and urban trekking. The event winds through the historic streets of Vicenza with routes suitable for everyone, from experienced runners to families.
Over thirty events in total spread over the nine days, for all levels and for families.
Vicenza is reachable by train (Milan-Venice line) and by car from the A4 motorway (Vicenza Ovest and Est exits). Many events start from the historic center, particularly from Piazza dei Signori.
Registration methods vary depending on the individual event. Full program and details on the official website.
