Vicalvi Crespella Festival

The 2025 edition of the Crespella Festival took place in Vicalvi as part of the Estate Vicalvese, the program of events that the Municipality organizes every year between July and August to animate the small village in the province of Frosinone. As per tradition, the festival was set in the square of the Church of San Rocco, around the days of the saint's feast, with the distribution of crespelle prepared according to the Ciociarian recipe: leavened dough fried in boiling oil and served piping hot.

The evening confirmed the festival's role as the most heartfelt gastronomic event of the Vicalvi summer, an occasion for locals and returning emigrants to gather, as well as a tasty stop for tourists visiting the Comino Valley and the nearby Lake Posta Fibreno.
