Edition 2025 — Viale Carnival

In 2025, the Viale Carnival in the province of Asti once again renewed its most anticipated event: the polentata. In the small hillside village of Northern Asti, the community gathered to celebrate Carnival with traditional polenta served with gorgonzola or stew, in a simple and convivial village festival.

The Viale Carnival is a village festival that takes place every year during the Carnival season, as part of the rich calendar of celebrations in Northern Asti.

For the 2025 edition, the central moment was once again the polentata, with polenta offered in the classic gorgonzola and stew varieties. A convivial event that highlights traditional Piedmontese cuisine and the identity of the village of Viale, between its medieval castle and the 18th-century parish church.
