The Valtellinese Festival of Comun Nuovo, in the Province of Bergamo, is the celebration that brings the most beloved dishes of Valtellinese gastronomic tradition to the plains. At the Festival Area in via Stezzano, for three days, the kitchen offers the specialties of the Lombardy mountains in a convivial, village-fair atmosphere.

The menu is a journey through the flavors of Valtellina: pizzoccheri, sciatt, polenta taragna with mushrooms, braised beef with Sassella wine, pork shank and ribs with polenta, bresaola with salad. Music and Fun Every Evening

Alongside the good food, the festival offers a musical event every evening: from 90s revival to a tribute to Vasco Rossi, to Latin American music. For the little ones, there are inflatables every evening and, on Sunday afternoon, an event dedicated to LEGO bricks. A program designed for families and for those who want to combine dinner with an evening of entertainment.
