Valle Camonica Passi Mitici is the initiative that allows you to cycle on the most legendary passes of the Giro d'Italia without car traffic. Promoted by the Department of Sport and Tourism of the Comunità Montana di Valle Camonica, in collaboration with local municipalities and tourism operators, the event promotes cycle tourism and the enjoyment of the scenic beauty of the Valle dei Segni.

The climb to Vivione

The Passo del Vivione stage, starting from above Paisco Loveno, in the province of Brescia, involves closing the road section leading to the pass to traffic. For a few hours, the road is reserved exclusively for bicycles: cyclists and cycle tourists can tackle the climb in complete safety, immersed in the alpine nature and the spectacular panoramas of the Val di Scalve and Valle Camonica.

Slow and sustainable tourism

Passi Mitici is not a race or a competitive event: no registration is required, it is simply an opportunity to exclusively enjoy the roads of the valley's legendary passes. The initiative is part of a broader week of activities in the Alta Valle Camonica, with climbs open to cyclists, gravel routes, and proposals designed for slow, sustainable tourism deeply connected to alpine nature.
