Edition 2025 — Vaconza Festival

The 2025 edition of the Vaconza Festival took place on Sunday, November 16, along Via Roma in San Cipirello. The festival celebrated the vaconza, the signature bread roll seasoned with new olive oil from the Jato Valley's ancient trees, also offered in a version filled with fresh ricotta. With food stalls, tastings of local products, local wine, music, and dancing, the town attracted visitors from across the Alto Belice Corleonese area.

The 2025 Vaconza Festival was held on Sunday, November 16, in San Cipirello, in the Province of Palermo. The heart of the event was Via Roma, brought to life by the food stalls of local businesses.

Visitors were able to taste the vaconza, the soft bread roll typical of the town, seasoned with freshly pressed new oil and also offered in a version filled with fresh ricotta, accompanied by a glass of local wine. The day combined tastings of the Jato Valley's food and wine products with music and dancing in the square, in a popular festive atmosphere that highlighted the traditions and rural identity of San Cipirello.
