Italy's Largest Tulip Bloom

When spring arrives on the banks of the Mincio river, the Sigurtà Garden Park in Valeggio sul Mincio, province of Verona, kicks off Tulipanomania: Italy's largest tulip bloom and one of Europe's most spectacular. Over a million tulips, accompanied by numerous varieties of daffodils, hyacinths, and alliums, ignite the park's 60 hectares with an explosion of red, yellow, purple, pink, and white.

A Record-Breaking Show Garden

The heart of the event is the expanded 4,000 square meter show garden, featuring two hundred tulip varieties, one hundred floating flowerbeds, decorated benches, flowery balconies, and compositions inspired by abstract art. Every corner of the park becomes a natural photo set, perfect for landscape photography and spring foliage enthusiasts.

A World-Awarded Festival

Tulipanomania has won international recognition: World's Best Tulip Festival in 2022 and World Tulip Innovation Award in 2024. The preparation for the bloom begins about nine months prior, with bulb planting carried out by the park's gardeners.

Initiatives and Experiences

During the festival, the Young Ambassadors program, Artist Saturdays dedicated to painters and illustrators, the Instagram Nature Challenge, and numerous photo opportunities take place. Sigurtà Garden Park, already awarded as the most beautiful park in Italy and second in Europe, offers a unique experience in the Veneto region, just a few kilometers from Lake Garda.
