Tufo sotto le Stelle 2025 - 15th edition

The fifteenth edition of "Tufo sotto le Stelle" was held on Saturday, August 9, 2025, starting at 7:00 PM, in the historic center of Tufo di Carsoli, in the province of L'Aquila. The food and wine stroll guided visitors through the village alleys to discover traditional flavors: arrosticini, pizza rentorta, gnocchetti with chickpeas, pallotte cacio e ova, beans with pork rinds, truffle ravioli, mezze maniche all'amatriciana, meatball sandwiches, bruschetta with porcini mushrooms, beer, and desserts.

The evening was enlivened by live music from the Crazy Street Band and the Hobos Street Band, with the closing entrusted to the traditional dance of the pupazza. There was also a market for crafts and local products. The event, organized by the Pro Loco of Tufo di Carsoli APS with the patronage of the Municipality of Carsoli, confirmed its vocation as a popular festival capable of enhancing the village and the traditions of the Piana del Cavaliere, in Abruzzo.
