Truffle Fettuccine Festival 2025

From August 11 to 14, 2025, Civitella Cesi hosted the 28th edition of the Truffle Fettuccine Festival, organized by the Polisportiva Civitella Cesi with the support of the Municipality of Blera. For four evenings, the medieval village came alive with the traditional dining table that runs through the town, from Piazza della Vittoria to the foot of Castello Torlonia.

The stars were the homemade truffle fettuccine, accompanied by specialties of the Viterbo Tuscia: meats from the local breeders' cooperative, truffle potatoes, beans with pork rinds, "Colli Etruschi" extra virgin olive oil, and local wines. Every evening, the stands opened in the early evening, while the village squares hosted live music, ballroom dancing, and parties until late at night. Admission was free.
