Edition 2025 — Trout Festival

In 2025, the 19th Trout Festival of Cresole renewed the appointment with the cresolana trout De.Co., an identity dish of the Caldogno hamlet. The food stand offered a rich menu, from the cresolana trout to bigoli with sardines, accompanying the evenings with music and conviviality in one of the most appreciated spring festivals in the Vicenza area.

The 2025 edition of the Trout Festival of Cresole, the nineteenth, confirmed the success of a festival deeply rooted in the territory. In Cresole di Caldogno, in the province of Vicenza, the cresolana trout De.Co. was once again the protagonist, alongside other trout-based specialties and traditional Venetian dishes served with polenta. Amidst music, flavors, and conviviality, the event attracted numerous visitors, reaffirming the bond between the community of Cresole and its most representative typical product.
