The Trevigliese Carnival is one of the most beloved events of winter in Treviglio, in the province of Bergamo. Part of the Treviglio in Festa event and organized by the Pro Loco, it brings the traditional parade of allegorical floats to Piazza Garibaldi and the historic center, in an afternoon of colors, masks, and joy.

Allegorical floats and entertainment

The protagonist of the festival is the parade of floats, which winds through the streets of the center accompanied by masked groups, music, and entertainment. Confetti and streamers fill the squares, in a festive atmosphere that especially involves children and families.

Part of a big festive weekend

The Trevigliese Carnival is part of a weekend packed with events: the Winter Clearance Sale, a market of local traders, and especially the traditional Fair and Feast of the Madonna delle Lacrime, with over 160 stalls in the heart of the city and religious celebrations in the Sanctuary. A period when Treviglio comes alive and shows its most vibrant side.
