The historic track cycling event at the Dalmine Velodrome
The Tre Sere di Dalmine is one of the most established track cycling events in the Province of Bergamo. It takes place at the Dalmine Velodrome, a facility that is part of the sporting history of the city and the entire Bergamo region. The event spreads its races over three consecutive evenings, with a programme covering various categories and specialties of track cycling.
Each edition attracts around one hundred athletes representing over twenty clubs from Northern Italy. The Dalmine track offers a spectacular setting for the public, with sprints, pursuits, and points races following one another under the evening lights, in a festive sporting atmosphere accessible to all.
The 2026 edition falls in a symbolic year: the velodrome, inaugurated in 1926, celebrates its centenary. After two years of restoration work, the facility is fully operational again, bringing major track cycling back to Dalmine. The reopening has already involved dozens of athletes in grassroots activities, a sign of the vitality of a tradition that the Municipality of Dalmine continues to cultivate.
The Tre Sere is part of a rich summer calendar of sporting events in Dalmine, making this city in the Bergamo region a small hub for popular and competitive sport in the area.
The 2026 edition of the Tre Sere di Dalmine takes place over three consecutive evenings, on July 7, 8, and 9, at the Dalmine velodrome. It is the first after two years of restoration work on the facility and coincides with the centenary of the velodrome, inaugurated in 1926. Around one hundred participants are expected on the track, representing over twenty clubs from Northern Italy.
