Edition 2025 — Polenta Feast of Gaby
The 2025 edition of the Traditional Polenta Feast of Gaby took place on Sunday, August 3, in the green area of the pine forest at Tzendelabò. Starting at 12:30 PM, Pro Loco volunteers served the unique dish of polenta and polenta concia, accompanied by small sausage, stew, and cheese, with wine or water. The prices were €20 for adults and €15 for children up to 12 years old. As tradition dictates, the festival brought together the community of Gaby and holidaymakers from the Lys Valley for a convivial day dedicated to Aosta Valley mountain cuisine.
