Edition 2025 — Tortello Festival

In 2025, the Circolo Spola d'Oro in La Briglia once again renewed the Tortello Festival, confirming a beloved tradition in the Val di Bisenzio. The event featured handmade potato tortelli and the festive atmosphere that has attracted residents and visitors from the Municipality of Vaiano and the province of Prato for years.

The 2025 edition of the Tortello Festival took place as tradition dictates at the Circolo Ricreativo Spola d'Oro in La Briglia, a village in Vaiano (PO). Throughout the day, the stalls offered potato tortelli served with meat sauce, handmade by local ladies, accompanied by gnocco fritto and the club's homemade specialties.

As every year, the event represented a moment of community and sharing, with the usual option of takeaway for those who wished to enjoy the tortelli at home. A celebration of taste and social life in the heart of the Val di Bisenzio, just a few kilometers from Prato.
