The historic track cycling event at the Dalmine Velodrome
The Three Evenings of Dalmine is one of the most established track cycling events in the Province of Bergamo. It takes place at the Dalmine Velodrome, a facility that is part of the sporting history of the city and the entire Bergamo region. The event spreads the races over three consecutive evenings, with a program that covers various categories and track specialties.
Each edition attracts about one hundred athletes representing over twenty clubs from Northern Italy. The Dalmine track offers a spectacular setting for the public, with sprints, pursuits, and points races unfolding under the evening lights, in a festive sporting atmosphere accessible to all.
The 2026 edition falls in a symbolic year: the velodrome, inaugurated in 1926, celebrates its centenary. After two years of restoration work, the facility is fully operational again, bringing elite track cycling back to Dalmine. The reopening has already involved dozens of athletes in grassroots activities, a sign of the vitality of a tradition that the Municipality of Dalmine continues to cultivate.
The Three Evenings is part of a rich summer calendar of sporting events in Dalmine, making this city in the Bergamo region a small hub for popular and competitive sports in the area.
