The Saint, The Tower, The Table is an experience that Raggiocorto Cucina e Vineria offers in Palazzolo sull'Oglio, in the province of Brescia, on the day of the patronal feast of San Fedele. The title encapsulates the three identity symbols of the city: the patron saint, the People's Tower, and the table, understood as the gastronomic tradition of the territory.

From the Castle to the Tower

The evening begins with an unprecedented visit to the underground cellars and the Rocha Magna powder magazine, the hidden spaces of the Castle of Palazzolo, accompanied by music within the ancient walls. This is followed by a climb to the balcony of the People's Tower, from which you can enjoy the panorama of the city and the river. This part of the experience, with historical narration and a musical moment, is free and open to all.

The Tasting Dinner

The experience culminates in a historical tasting dinner at Raggiocorto's venue, in a residence with roots dating back to the 13th century. The menu, inspired by curiosities and anecdotes from local traditions, tells the story of the territory through its flavors. An original way to experience the patronal feast, where history, culture, and gastronomy merge into a single narrative.
