Edition 2025 — Saperi e Sapori Maruggio

The twenty-first edition of the Road of Knowledge and Flavors took place on August 18 and 19, 2025, in the historic center of Maruggio, as part of the "Estate d'Animo 2025" summer calendar. Two evenings of food stalls with traditional dishes, literary presentations in Piazza del Popolo, and folk music, featuring pizzica by the Gruppo Folk Aria di Casa Nostra and a final concert by Enza Pagliara. Organized by the Pro Loco of Maruggio with the Municipality.

The twenty-first edition of the Road of Knowledge and Flavors was held on August 18 and 19, 2025, in the historic center of Maruggio, starting in the early evening with free admission. The event, organized by the Pro Loco of Maruggio as part of the "Estate d'Animo 2025" summer festival, combined gastronomy, culture, and folk music as always.

Along the food and wine route, there was no shortage of typical local dishes — pizzarieddi, pettole, traditional meatballs, local cheeses and cured meats, and farm-to-table fruit — accompanied by local wines and beers. In Piazza del Popolo, literary presentations by four authors, moderated by Asia Pichierri, took place, and the festival concluded with the rhythms of Salento pizzica.
