The great pink night of Porto Sant'Elpidio, with free concerts, markets, and shows along the seafront
The Pinkest Night of the Marche Riviera is the flagship summer event of Porto Sant'Elpidio, a seaside town in the Province of Fermo facing the Adriatic Sea, in the heart of the Marche coast. Inspired by the famous Pink Night of Romagna, the event dresses the entire town in pink: shop windows, bars, streets, and the long seafront are illuminated with vibrant shades, creating an evening of celebration that involves residents, tourists, and visitors from all over the Marche region.
The heart of The Pinkest Night is music. Every year, nationally renowned artists perform on the main stage in Piazza Garibaldi, with strictly free concerts. Over the years, the festival has hosted well-known Italian pop stars, capable of drawing thousands of spectators to the stage. Alongside the main concert, the program extends throughout the city with DJ sets, bands, entertainment, and itinerant shows that continue until late at night.
In addition to concerts, The Pinkest Night offers a rich program spread along the seafront and in the town center: markets, food stalls, themed installations, shows for families, and entertainment for children. Shops and businesses stay open late and participate in the pink decoration of the city, creating a unique atmosphere that blends evening shopping, gastronomy, and entertainment.
Born a few years ago, the event has quickly established itself as one of the most popular events of the Marche summer, with editions that have attracted over one hundred thousand visitors and had a significant impact on local tourism and commerce. Organized by the Municipality of Porto Sant'Elpidio, The Pinkest Night is now a symbol of summer on the Fermo Riviera and a perfect opportunity to discover one of the most vibrant seaside resorts in the Marche.
The 2026 edition of The Pinkest Night of the Marche Riviera, the fourth in a row, is scheduled for August 8, 2026, in Porto Sant'Elpidio. The event was announced by Mayor Massimiliano Ciarpella, who confirmed the duo Benji & Fede as the main guests, expected on the Piazza Garibaldi stage.
For one night, the city will be dressed in pink: the center and the entire seafront will host a rich and varied program of free concerts, markets, and shows, transforming Porto Sant'Elpidio into a large open-air stage on the Adriatic Sea.
The complete program with times, secondary stages, and additional shows will be published by the Municipality of Porto Sant'Elpidio in the weeks preceding the event.
Porto Sant'Elpidio (FM) can be reached by car via the A14 motorway (Porto Sant'Elpidio exit) and by train with the station on the Bologna-Lecce Adriatic line, a short walk from the seafront. The event takes place between Piazza Garibaldi, the town center, and the seafront.
Given the enormous turnout, the Municipality provides parking in peripheral areas and a free shuttle bus service that connects the outskirts of the city to the center until late at night. It is advisable to consult the official program for updated times and stops.
Admission to all concerts and shows is free.
