Edition 2025 — Terre di Pisa Food & Wine

The 2025 edition of the Terre di Pisa Food & Wine Festival took place from October 17 to 19, 2025, in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, Pisa, with truffles as one of the main highlights. About 90 producers enlivened the square with extra virgin olive oil, artisanal cheeses, DOC wines, craft beers, and truffles, alongside tours, tastings, masterclasses, show cooking, and seminars.

The 2025 edition of the Terre di Pisa Food & Wine Festival was held from October 17 to 19, 2025, in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, in the center of Pisa. The truffle, with its unique and intense aroma, was one of the central themes of the event.

The square hosted about 90 local producers with extra virgin olive oil, artisanal cheeses, DOC wines, craft beers, and truffles. The program offered tours, guided tastings, masterclasses, show cooking, and seminars, with tourist discounts and special openings of city museums, all in the spirit of promoting farm-to-table production and the Mediterranean diet.
