Terra Madre Salone del Gusto 2024: Being Nature
The 15th edition of Terra Madre – Salone del Gusto took place at Parco Dora in Turin from September 26 to 30, 2024, dedicated to the theme "Being Nature": an invitation to rethink the relationship between human beings, food, and the environment. The event, organized by Slow Food with the City of Turin and the Piedmont Region, welcomed over 3,000 participants including farmers, herders, indigenous delegates, chefs, and young activists from 120 countries.
The large pavilion at Parco Dora hosted the international market with over 700 exhibitors and about 180 Slow Food Presidia from the five continents, alongside Taste Workshops, conferences, and dining events.
