Edition 2025 — Terr'eMare Castelluzzo

The second edition of Terr'eMare took place from July 4 to 6, 2025, in Piazza Don Vito Barraco, in the village of Castelluzzo. The absolute star was grain, told as a symbol of community and rural memory, with showcooking sessions dedicated to two icons of Trapani cuisine: couscous and ricotta cassatelle. Three evenings of tastings, cultural talks, live music, and folk performances.

Terr'eMare 2025: grain as the protagonist

The second edition of Terr'eMare – Castelluzzo: Knowledge and Flavors was held from July 4 to 6, 2025, in Piazza Don Vito Barraco, which was transformed into an open-air village of taste. The event, organized by ASC Castelluzzo with the support of the Municipality of San Vito Lo Capo, offered three days of tastings, showcooking, cultural talks, live music, folk shows, and DJ sets.

The common thread of the edition was grain, a symbol of community and rural memory: historic Sicilian grains, stone-ground to preserve their properties, were at the center of showcooking sessions dedicated to two icons of local cuisine, the Trapani couscous and ricotta cassatelle. Among the most anticipated moments was the presentation of the cookbook "Le ricette del convento" (The Convent Recipes), curated by three Benedictine monks from the Abbey of San Martino delle Scale.
