Tartufesta del Po

The Tartufesta del Po 2025 enlivened the November weekends in Carbonara di Po, a hamlet of the Municipality of Borgocarbonara (Mantua). In the heated and air-conditioned Auser Multipurpose Hall, the Pro Loco Carbonarese offered the usual traditional Mantuan menu dedicated to the white truffle of the Po: truffle risotto and tagliolini, tortelli and agnoli, scaloppine with fondue, cheeses, and desserts.

As every year, the event confirmed the strong link of Borgocarbonara, City of Truffles, with the prized Tuber Magnatum Pico harvested in the riverside woods of the great river.
