Edition 2025 — Tagliatella Festival

In 2025, the Tagliatella Festival once again brought its evenings dedicated to handmade pasta to Fermignano, in the former station area. The food stalls offered tagliatella in traditional versions, accompanied by live preparation demonstrations and music from liscio orchestras. An event organized by the Giovani Fermignano Association with the patronage of the Municipality, confirmed as one of the most popular spring gastronomic events in Montefeltro.

The 2025 edition of the Tagliatella Festival took place in Fermignano (PU), in the former station area, reprising the tried-and-tested formula of the festival: food stalls open every evening with handmade tagliatella served in multiple variations, from the classic ragù to spring versions with asparagus.

As tradition dictates, the evenings alternated live demonstrations of pasta making with entertainment from liscio orchestras and shows, in a covered and heated space suitable for families. The organization was handled by the Giovani Fermignano Association with the patronage of the Municipality.
