Summer evenings in the Lodi cloister
Summer Wednesdays in the Province is the cultural review promoted by the Province of Lodi, with the patronage of the Municipality of Lodi. Every Wednesday evening, from the beginning of summer until September, the Cloister of the former Convent of San Cristoforo, at Via Fanfulla 14 in the heart of Lodi, becomes the stage for evenings of music, theatre, poetry, and comedy.
A multidisciplinary program
The review offers a varied programme, designed to entertain a wide audience: concerts, theatre performances, poetry readings, and comedies alternate on different evenings. The setting of the historic cloister, with its acoustics and intimate atmosphere, provides an ideal context for experiencing culture on summer evenings.
Free culture for the city
The initiative, with free admission, represents one of the most beloved events of the Lodi summer and an opportunity to rediscover a historic city space that is usually not easily accessible.
