Edition 2025 — Street Food Village Gambero Rosso
The first edition, July 2025
From July 3 to 6, 2025, Parco Schuster hosted the first edition of the Street Food Village by Gambero Rosso, an occasion chosen to present the eleventh edition of the 2026 Street Food Guide. The park came alive with over 20 street chefs from all over Italy, featuring regional specialties and international offerings, in a village of taste with lights, music, and relaxation areas.
The program alternated between entertainment moments: Thursday the 3rd featured the presentation of the guide, Friday the 4th the show cooking by Marco Brioschi of the Gambero Rosso Academy, Saturday the 5th the performance by bartender Julian Biondi with his signature cocktails, and Sunday the 6th the culinary demonstration by the host-influencer Giorgione. The event, with free admission and the patronage of Municipio VIII of Rome Capital, was open Thursday from 6:00 PM to midnight and on other days from 5:00 PM to midnight.
