The Streeat Food Truck Festival is the traveling exhibition that brings the best of street food on wheels throughout Italy, with a stop in Rho (Metropolitan City of Milan), in the renovated Piazza Visconti. The food trucks, from various regions, offer a gastronomic journey ranging from Italian regional specialties to world cuisines.
Flavors from all over Italy
The festival is a showcase of taste: from Abruzzese arrosticini to Apulian bombette, from Scottona and Chianina beef burgers to fried dumplings (gnocco fritto), from Neapolitan fried pizza to sandwiches with porchetta or wild boar, up to desserts, crêpes, bubble tea, and vegetarian options. Accompanying the dishes is a selection of craft beers and drinks.
Not just food: street culture
Streeat is also culture: in collaboration with street art organizations, the event features buskers, live performances, jugglers, dancers, visual artists, street art, and workshops. The result is a free and widespread celebration that transforms the square into a meeting place for families and enthusiasts, where food becomes an opportunity for socializing and discovery. The Rho stop is part of the festival's larger national tour.

From Thursday, April 30 to Sunday, May 3, 2026, the renovated Piazza Visconti in Rho hosts the Streeat Food Truck Festival. Food trucks offer a selection of the best Italian street food, accompanied by street artists, live performances, visual arts, and street art, with free admission.
Among the specialties: Mexican burritos, tacos, and nachos, Scottona and Chianina beef burgers, Sicilian arancini and cassatine, fried dumplings with cured meats and cheeses, Neapolitan fried pizza, wild boar sandwiches, lamb arrosticini, Ascolana olives, fried fish, crêpes, waffles, smoothies, cupcakes, bubble tea, and much more. The event collaborates with Arteaporté for the promotion of street arts.

How to get there
Piazza Visconti is located in the center of Rho, reachable by train (Rho station) and by car from the Tangenziale Ovest (West Ring Road) and the A8 motorway. Parking restrictions are expected in the area during the event.
Admission
Admission to the festival is free. Food and drinks are payable at the food trucks.
