Strangozzi and Asparagus Festival

The 2025 edition of the Strangozzi and Asparagus Festival confirmed the spring appointment with traditional cuisine in Eggi, a hamlet of Spoleto in the province of Perugia. The gastronomic stands of the Pro Loco Amici di Eggi Association offered handmade strangozzi and preparations based on asparagus, alongside other typical dishes and local wines. The event, one of the longest-running in the area, renewed its role as a community celebration and an attraction for visitors to the Spoleto Valley, who return to Eggi every spring to rediscover the authentic flavors of Umbria.
