Edition 2025 — Amatrice Spring Festival

The 2025 edition of the Spring Festival took place in Amatrice on Friday, April 25th, featuring the Gnocchi Ricci Festival organized by the Pro Loco. The day brought together a market of local products and crafts, a gnocchi preparation workshop, and a tasting session with the classic Amatrice spring menu, complete with music and fun.

Spring Festival 2025

On April 25, 2025, Amatrice celebrated the Spring Festival with the traditional Gnocchi Ricci Festival, hosted by the Pro Loco of Amatrice. Along Corso Umberto I and in the town center, a market was held featuring flowers, local products, and handicrafts.

As per tradition, a workshop was held in the morning to learn how to prepare gnocchi ricci by hand, followed by a tasting session accompanied by a spring menu featuring Amatrice specialties. The festival, which was free and family-friendly, served as an opportunity to meet and celebrate the culinary tradition of this village in the Rieti province, in the Lazio region.
