Spring Festival - The Asparagus

The fourteenth edition of the Spring Festival enlivened the streets of Cambiano's center on Sunday, May 4, 2025. From 10 AM to 6 PM, there was a succession of fruit and vegetable markets, gardening displays, flower and plant stalls, a craft market, and the "Viva la Primavera" educational workshops.

Among the most appreciated activities were the climbing walls for children, orienteering with a large maze, performances by Mago Manuel, and live music. From 12:30 PM, in Piazza Giacomo Grosso, the lunch in the square offered lasagna with asparagus and ham, fried 'cancelletti', asparagus with 'bagna cauda', butter and Parmesan, and desserts like panna cotta with strawberries. The 2025 asparagus production season was good, despite being marked by mild temperatures.
