Spring in Music
The Spring Concerts are the classical and sacred music festival that every year, during the Easter period, enlivens the churches and theaters of Bassano del Grappa, in the province of Vicenza. Promoted by the Municipality in collaboration with the Amici della Musica association, the festival offers a high-profile program ranging from sacred to symphonic repertoire.
Masterpieces in Charming Locations
Among the recurring events are the great masterpieces of sacred repertoire, such as Bach's St. John Passion and Handel's Messiah, performed in historic churches like San Francesco and Santa Croce in Campese. Alongside these, organ concerts at the Duomo, international choirs, and chamber music events in the city's theaters.

Spring Concerts — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of the Spring Concerts offers a rich program of masterpieces, blending sacred and symphonic music, spread across churches and theaters in Bassano del Grappa from March 26 to May 16. The festival opens with a conference at the Civic Museum and continues with major works from the repertoire.
Among the most anticipated events are Bach's St. John Passion with the Orchestra Lorenzo Da Ponte, a concert by the Basque choir Leioa Kantika Korala, and Handel's Messiah to close, performed in the Church of Santa Croce in Campese.

Getting Here
Bassano del Grappa is reachable by train and car via the SP248. Concerts are held in various locations in the historic center (Chiesa di San Francesco, Duomo, Teatro Remondini, Museo Civico) and in the hamlet of Campese (Chiesa di Santa Croce).
