Edition 2025 — Spoja Lorda

The 2025 edition of the Spoja Lorda Festival took place on Sunday, April 27, in the historic center of Brisighella, from 9 AM to 8 PM. Market of typical products and crafts from 9 AM, food stall with themed menu from 11 AM to 8 PM, and pasta-making demonstrations in the morning and afternoon, with music, entertainment, and a panoramic train in the Brisighella park.

The Spoja Lorda Festival 2025 was held on Sunday, April 27, 2025, in the historic center of Brisighella, from 9 AM to 8 PM. The village streets hosted a market of typical products and local crafts (from 9 AM) and a food stall with a themed menu dedicated to spoja lorda (from 11 AM to 8 PM).

Throughout the day, the pasta makers prepared fresh hand-rolled pasta live, with demonstrations from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM and from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM. There was also music, entertainment, and a panoramic train through the streets of the Brisighella park, on a day dedicated to Romagnol gastronomic tradition.
