The 2025 Snail Festival in Fornovo di Taro

In 2025, the Bontà dell'Appennino Association re-proposed the Snail Festival at Foro 2000 in Fornovo di Taro, in the Province of Parma. The event brought together lovers of traditional cuisine around the table, with the usual triumph of snails, tripe, and cod prepared according to the recipes of the Parma Apennines.

As with previous editions, the evening also had a strong charitable purpose: the contributions collected were used to support the association's initiatives for the small mountain municipalities and communities.
