Slow Food Earth Market Terre Alte

Throughout 2025, the Slow Food "Terre Alte" Earth Market followed its usual seasonal rhythm. In spring and autumn, the Saturday morning appointments were held in Piazza Marzari in Vigolo Vattaro, the heart of the Altopiano della Vigolana municipality (TN), while during the summer months, the stalls moved to higher altitudes, visiting tourist spots in the Altipiani Cimbri.

In 2025, the protagonists were once again the small local producers, offering mountain dairy cheeses, seasonal vegetables, honey, and short-supply-chain preserves. Around the market, meetings and cultural moments dedicated to conscious eating and the promotion of mountain agriculture took place, in the spirit of the Slow Food Community for the agro-cultural development of the Altipiani Cimbri.
