Slow Food Earth Market – Altipiani Cimbri (Luserna stop)

The 2025 summer edition of the Luserna stop took place on Saturday, August 2, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM, in Piazza Comune. As is tradition, the market brought together producers from the Slow Food Community of the Altipiani Cimbri, coming from the municipalities of Lavarone, Folgaria, Luserna, and the Vigolana area.

The stalls featured mountain cheeses and dairy products, honey, preserves, and seasonal mountain vegetables, with a special focus on the Porro di Nosellari, a Slow Food Ark of Taste Presidium. The format, faithful to the principles of good, clean, and fair food, combined direct sales with meetings between producers, residents, and tourists vacationing on the plateau.
