SIGEP World – International Exhibition of Gelato, Pastry, Artisan Bakery, and Coffee

The 46th edition of SIGEP World took place from January 18 to 22, 2025, at Rimini Expo Centre, in the municipality of Rimini, Emilia-Romagna, marking the most international edition in the event's history. Across 30 halls and 138,000 square meters of exhibition space, 1,300 exhibiting brands showcased the best of the gelato, pastry, chocolate, coffee, bakery, and pizza supply chains.

The edition recorded a 14% increase in total attendance and a record 26% rise in foreign visitors from 160 countries (with Germany showing a +68% increase). On the business front, over 5,500 business meetings took place at the stands, with 545 top buyers from 79 countries and 3,300 European buyers participating in the Premium Program. The program featured over 40 international events with more than 60 foreign speakers. The Guest Country of the edition was Saudi Arabia.
