Sicilian Artisanal Granita Festival

The 2025 Sicilian Artisanal Granita Festival was held in Pedara (CT) from Friday, June 13 to Sunday, June 15, 2025, in Piazza Don Bosco, in the town's historic center. The event, organized by the Municipality of Pedara through the Department of Tourism and Leisure and with the patronage of the Sicilian Region, confirmed itself as one of the most anticipated gastronomic events of the Etna summer.

For three evenings, visitors were able to enjoy granita in all the most beloved flavors, from lemon to almond, from strawberry to chocolate, as well as numerous creative variations prepared with local ingredients. The program featured show cooking with Sicilian chefs and pastry chefs, live demonstrations by master gelato makers, craft markets, musical bands, artistic performances, and educational workshops for children. Admission was free.

Three evenings (June 13-15, 2025) in Piazza Don Bosco with: granita tasting stalls (lemon, almond, strawberry, chocolate, and creative variations) and brioche col tuppo; show cooking with Sicilian chefs and pastry chefs; live demonstrations by master gelato makers; craft and local product markets; musical shows and artistic performances; workshops and entertainment for families and children.
