Edition 2025 — Shoulder Festival

The 8th edition of the Sagra della Spalla enlivened Schilpario in June 2025 with the large communal table along the village street, the cooked shoulder, polenta, and local cheeses, accompanied by live music, confirming one of the most beloved gastronomic evenings in Val di Scalve.

In 2025, the 8th edition of the Shoulder Festival brought hundreds of diners to Schilpario around the now-famous communal table set up along the village's main street. The menu, featuring cooked shoulder, polenta, and cheeses from Val di Scalve, along with live music, made the evening a true community celebration. Organized by the Atiesse association, the festival confirmed its appeal, remaining one of the most anticipated gastronomic events of the summer in the upper Bergamo province.
