Edition 2025 — Sfogliatella Festival
An Immaculate Conception long weekend dedicated to tradition
The 2025 edition of the Sfogliatella Festival was held from December 6 to 8, 2025, in Piazza Vittorio Veneto, featuring wooden stalls dedicated to tasting the Canosa sfogliatella and Christmas Markets with 18 stalls in the Villa Comunale. The event, promoted by Pro Loco Canosa and the Municipality of Canosa di Puglia, saw a large turnout: over 50% of visitors came from other cities in Puglia.
Local bakeries, pastry shops, and restaurants offered their sfegghjète, accompanied by live music, DJ sets, and entertainment for children. Pro Loco President Elia Marro and Culture Councilor Cristina Saccinto highlighted the event's growth and the city's commitment to gastronomic tourism.

- 8:00 PM — Concert by the band Mammalitaliani
- 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM — Evening stall opening
Monday, December 8, 2025
- 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM — Stalls open
- 6:00 PM — DJ set
- 7:00 PM — Street band and live concert Sotto alle casere vostre
- 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM — Evening stall opening
Simultaneously, Christmas Markets with 18 stalls in the Villa Comunale and children's entertainment.
